Position: Mentor (Online and Peer-to-Peer Mentoring)

Duration: November 2025 – July 2026

Background

The projects are part of the EU Regional Action on Roma Education (RARE) Phase II, implemented by the Roma Education Fund (REF). It builds on the first phase (2018–2021), reaching over 4,500 Roma children and youth across seven countries.

Objective

The mentoring component aims to support academic progress, study skills, and professional development through personalized guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide academic and motivational support
  • Conduct mentoring sessions and report progress
  • Deliver supplementary lessons when needed
  • Organize monthly group sessions where applicable
  • Submit final report at the end of engagement

Eligibility Criteria

  • University degree (Master’s preferred)
  • 3 years experience in teaching or Roma-related projects
  • Knowledge of Albanian education system
  • Digital skills (Zoom / Teams)
  • Roma or Egyptian background is an advantage
