Oferta juaj duhet të përbëhet nga:

1. Oferta ekonomike (formulari në vijim);
2. Oferta Profesionale-Ligjore:
• Kopje e Ekstraktit Historik të lëshuar nga Qendra Kombëtare e Biznesit jo më parë se tre muaj nga data e dorëzimit të ofertës;
• Kopje e Licencës nga IKM / IEKA / ACCA;
• Curriculum Vitae të ekspertit/ekspertëve të kompanisë.

Detajet e kërkuara janë:

• Përgatitje e pasqyrës së pozicionit financiar për vitin ushtrimor 2021;
• Përgatitje e pasqyrës së të ardhurave dhe shpenzimeve per vitin ushtrimor 2021;
• Përgatitje e pasqyrës së fluksit të mjeteve monetare për vitin ushtrimor 2021;
• Përgatitje e shënimeve shpjeguese për vitin ushtrimor 2021.

Kriteret e përcaktimit të ofertës fituese:

• Ofertat e dorëzuara pa çmime të specifikuara, pa dokumentet e kërkuara më lart si dhe jashtë afatit të përcaktuar nuk do të merren parasysh.
• Roma Versitas Albania do të përzgjedhë furnizuesin që i përshtatet më së miri nevojave të saj bazuar në disa kritere:
• eksperiencën e ofertuesit, veçanërisht në përgatitjen e pasqyrave financiare për organizata jofitimprurëse;
• ofrimin e sigurisë për ruajtjen e të dhënave dhe konfidencialitetit;
• kombinimi më i favorshëm i eksperiencës dhe ofertës ekonomike.

Dorëzimi i ofertës:

Monedha e kërkuar për ofertim duhet të jetë në Lekë.
Oferta ekonomike duhet të përfshirë TVSH-në (nëse ofertuesi është i regjistruar në këtë kategori).

Oferta dhe dokumentet mbështetëse duhet të dërgohen me e-mail në format të Skanuar PDF firmosur nga një person i autorizuar në adresën e postës elektronike rva@romaversitasalbania.org

Afati i paraqitjes së ofertës financiare duhet të jetë jo më vonë se data 27.12.2021, ora 12:00.

Video production objectives:

Key Messages in the video for the target audience:

• Roma communities in great needs of educational support during the Covid-19 crisis (high drop-out, poverty, and loss of jobs, inadequate or no equipment to be able to follow distance learning)
• Various types of support provided by REF including the benefits and results (expressed in numbers) of the EF intervention.
• Examples of models and good practices of REF (financial and educational support) and their impact on reaching equal and inclusive ways for addressing the needs of the Roma community
• The importance of effective structures and procedures in the countries to implement best practices and guidelines and improve their way of responding to Covid-19 and preparedness for future crises.

The video production should intend to:

• Enlarge the level of visibility of the project interventions and results to a national level (local, regional, national authorities, Roma communities, etc).
• Communicate past and ongoing activities and achieved results to promote the model of intervention and advocate on its benefits and overtaking of the approach by the countries in question.
• Focus on the milestones and results reached, with keeping the focus on the needs and provision of support to the Roma communities in times of urgency and pandemic.
• Enhance the outreach to the international, central-level, and local stakeholders who can contribute to building synergies and sustainability of the actions.
• Visualize the significance of financial and technical support by REF to the project staff in the field who thus have enhanced tools and support to work appropriately and effectively on implementing and communicating activities on the field.

Video subtitling:

It is necessary to subtitle the statement in the mother(native) language, and below that to write a translation in English. Along with the sentences we also need a time code for each sentence from the original video.
