RomaVersitas Programme
Strengthens retention, academic performance, and graduation rates among Roma university students through mentoring and structured academic support. Between 2014–2016, 146 students benefited with measurable improvements in academic outcomes and skills development.

A structured portfolio of programmes supporting equal access to education, skills development, legal empowerment, and socio-economic inclusion for Roma communities in Albania and the region.
Secondary Education Project
Improves educational attainment and employability of Roma secondary school students by supporting school retention and transition to higher education and the labour market. A second phase has been ongoing since 2023.

Skills for Employment, Opportunities for Inclusion
Skills for Employment, Opportunities for Inclusion focuses on strengthening the employability of Roma youth through vocational education, mentoring, and hands-on training. The programme connects skills development with real employment pathways, ensuring that participants are better prepared for the labour market while promoting social inclusion and equal opportunities.
Building Skills, Creating Futures
Building Skills, Creating Futures is designed to support the social and economic inclusion of Roma youth by improving access to skills development and employment pathways. The initiative provides structured vocational training, personalised mentoring, and internship opportunities that connect learning with real work environments. By strengthening both technical and soft skills, the programme enables participants to become more competitive in the labour market, while also fostering inclusion, equal opportunities, and long-term professional growth.
